With over 30 years of experience in reviewing, updating and managing quality procedures, Paul first joined Ledwood in 1992 as a QA Assistant on the Gulf Oil Refinery. He transferred to our Pembroke headquarters in 1993 before becoming QA Manager in 2002.

Paul is now responsible for the day to day planning and operation of the quality management system as defined in the company quality manual. His role also includes writing and implementing quality plans and procedures for individual contracts along with the review and approval of sub-contractor quality procedures.
